Since its inception in 2015, the Credit & Decision Analytics Conference, better known as CADA, hosted senior executives, managers and other professionals working in the banking, telecommunications, retail, insurance and financial services industries.

Each year, CADA has presented a variety of expert speakers that spoke on topics relevant to the industries in which we work. This year, we offered an exciting free digital edition of our premier client event which took place from 1 – 3 September in place of the physical event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

What value did DigiCADA offer?

Leveraging the latest in digital conference technology, DigiCADA brought industry experts to our attendees – whether at home or in the office. Our live streamed and engaging format gave attendees a tangible conference experience. In light of the economic disruptions the COVID-19 crisis has brought about, our theme for the event was Insights for the New Normal. Our experts provided insights into how business and consumer behaviour has changed over the last year, including practical examples of how to use data and technology as a driving force for growth and innovation during the new normal.
